It was a horrible experience. They were sublet by a solar company. There are leaks in the roof and when trying to deal with this before the solar and roofing company kept passing the blame onto the other. Haven't been able to get our roof fixed again. Every time it rains, the water soaks in the rafters and leaves, soaking our walls and causing mold. They don't want to take responsibility and fix it. They did good work. I got all my repairs done (new roof, windows, stucco/wall repair, wood replacement, text-cote paint). They was some cleanup for me to do (trash, digging out my water meter, scrap wood, nails). My only complaint is how busy they are, because I had repairs at the same time as the Palisades/Eaton/etc. fires. Probably, hire them again.
It was easy communication with all involved from beginning to end of project. Staff responded quickly with any questions I had. They kept me aware at every stage of project. A pleasure working with them.
Exceptional service. The salesperson, inspection, crew, and foreman all performed with high standards. Our large two story stucco was painted and facials replaced/repaired without a single hitch. Exceptional job!
