This was one of the worst experiences of owning a home for me. The project was supposed to take 5-7 days. I was told they might be able to do it while I was out of town. They could not get the permits for while I was out of town. LONG story short. They woke me up several times to pull from my power. (So they could not have done it while I was out of town) What they quoted me in wood repair was MORE than double what I was quoted.
