Update 2: Reducing my rating to 1 star. After I wrote this review the issues have continued. People showing up unannounced at my door at 7.15 in the morning for inspection. I was promised a technician will come and show us how to operate the system, the scheduling for that has been a nightmare. I reached out to their Marketing Director who promised to assist, but that didn't lead to anywhere. Overall extremely poor communication and even poorer project management. recently hired Greencal Construction for a full roof carpentry and shingle replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They completed the entire project in just five days, which was impressive given the scope of work. Francisco, the salesman, was extremely patient throughout the process. He took the time to demonstrate different roofing models and options, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and consistently checked in with us to make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. UPDATE: Contractor response: the below response took too many words to say nothing. Nobody has contacted me in the process to discuss this. Don't be fooled by a perfectly crafted response, the issue is outstanding and until the city says the system is installed properly and functioning as expected - the installation is not complete.
