I dont normally take the time to write reviews like this, but I feel like I have to defend the people at Greenbush in this instance. I cant speak for the other reviews on here, only for myself. I have been doing business with Greenbush for over 15 years. In that time, I have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect by the people working there. They have been there to answer any questions I ever had. They have bailed me out off numerous jams I found myself in. They even worked with me when I found myself in fin... read more

Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. I e-mailed asking for a price for my labels. I heard from them a WEEK later telling me to call them. I call and Instead of telling me that the artwork I sent in wasnt the right format, he said it was horrible. I asked him if the format I sent was right, he just said no, and didnt even bother telling me how I should have sent it. I never even got a price, they just said they would send it to me. Still havent even got that.
