I recently ordered a deluxe arrangement to be delivered to the hospital for my wife’s birthday. The flower arrangement was beautiful, however I was very disappointed with the delivery time. I was told the flowers were out for delivery at 1:30 and should expect them in the next hour. The flowers arrived at 4:20 and my wife had to go back to the clinic to pick them up since she had already left work. Called today & was greeted by a friendly staff member. The gentleman was able to provide the help that was needed even though it was getting close to closing time. A+++!!!
Very disappointed in the arrangement I bought Friday. Ordered the sunset serenade because the picture was gorgeous but the flowers looked like death when I got them. I called to check on my order and the lady was very dismissive. I will not be ordering here again and I advise everyone to not order here. Complete waste of a 100 dollars. I could've saved my money and just picked some flowers out my back yard
