I want to start by saying, I don’t like giving bad reviews. Honestly, this is my first one ever but I felt very compelled to do so for many reasons. Our first appointment at Greenbrier Valley Pediatrics with Dr Becca and staff was great! However, our second appointment was A LOT different. The front desk staff was helpful and professional. Do not recommend! My child has been a patient here for 8 years and we made every appointment. I called to explain and reschedule, then I was told I could not reschedule because I missed 2 of my appointments and they would not see us again. So upsetting, I had never missed an appointment before, we recently had some health issues with my other child and rescheduling a dentist appointment wasn’t on my mind. Life happens- it’s sad this dentist is not committed to her patients.
Highly recommend they are very professional. My child seen 2 dentists before coming here over 8yrs ago one was pediatric and the other was not and her experience was awful and Dr. Kucera and her staff made my child feel very comfortable and safe so glad we found her
