Unorganized, and they don’t get back with you concerning appointments.
Absolute worst experiences. Today is the second time I have shown up for an appointment only to be told that my doctor is ill and I need to reschedule. That is 2 days off of work. When I spoke to the most unhelpful receptionist she said there was nothing she could do. I asked if the doctor was just now sick and she said, no the entire day. Yet I didn’t receive a call. I call scheduling and ask to speak to the office manager, I am refused and told I can get in in another 2 weeks. I ask why no one called me. The scheduler lied... read more

Very professional. Needed to change some information and prescriptions moved to a different pharmacy spoke with the nurse she was great had everything done fast and called me back to let me know it was completed too. Was not expecting that quick turnaround or super brief hold time. Keep it up Greenbrier!!
