Just finished my workout, stopped by the nutrition store, and Annie was super welcoming and informative . I had a question about a protein bar and she recommended the best one for what I was looking for ! I also had a question about creatine and she informed me of the benefits ! Although I did have an intense workout the pleasant smile was helpful .

Gisele is on point! She is very knowledgeable about all the supplemental products they carry. Stop in and see her and while you are there, get her to make you a smoothie! She makes the best smoothies!
