The Aides here need to take more classes on hospitality. Aides they take the frustration out on the residents when they under staff they half ass take care of residents. I don't recommend this facility to no one
UPDATE 7/5/2025: She's been dead for over a year and they STILL haven't contacted me. DO NOT SEND ANYONE THAT YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT THEM TO COME OUT ALIVE. They'll get tired of having to take care of you, drug you up with fentanyl and make you sign papers (while you're so out of it from the fentanyl that you don't even know what you're signing) agreeing to be put in hospice. They let crackheads in, and a long-term disabled veteran resident with no legs was beaten out of $300 - the room doors do not lock. Personnel has changed since then, but this poor guy has yet to be reimbursed by Communicare.
