I been at Greenbrier since August 16, 2025 I will start with the Good: 1. The physical therapy and occupational therapy team was top notch…….. that’s all I have for good. Bad : The food was horrible. I would not feed it to my worst enemy or a farm animal. 2. The housekeeping is not good. The facility it dirty and run down. Do not go by the pictures on the website. 3. I would not recommend this facility. During my time there, it often felt understaffed and poorly managed. We were frequently running out of clean linen, which made it difficult to provide residents with the level of care and dignity they deserve. There were also sanitation concerns. I personally saw insects like ants in the building, and I was aware of situations where residents were dealing with bedbug issues. The Aides here need to take more classes on hospitality. Aides they take the frustration out on the residents when they under staff they half ass take care of residents. I don't recommend this facility to no one

UPDATE 7/5/2025: She's been dead for over a year and they STILL haven't contacted me. DO NOT SEND ANYONE THAT YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS FACILITY IF YOU WANT THEM TO COME OUT ALIVE. They'll get tired of having to take care of you, drug you up with fentanyl and make you sign papers (while you're so out of it from the fentanyl that you don't even know what you're signing) agreeing to be put in hospice.
