Excellent service from the entire staff at Piney River Ford dealership.. Big shout out to Brian, the technician who repaired my truck. It's running like brand new.. Also a special thank you to Joni Boyd in the service department. I think she should get employee of the year... So if you ever need any automotive work, I highly recommend Piney River. Ford..,

I just purchased my 2024 Ford Edge from Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, Mo. My salesman was Jonathon Richert. Wow what a great guy to do business with!! He deserves a 10 + score on here & an Emmy!!! lol He was very professional & very knowledgeable of the 2024 Ford Edge. He was very honest about everything on the vehicle. Like some other salesman.... he isn't a high-pressure salesman that wants to make a buck or two and then move onto the nest customer. I took my Honda for a routine oil change they said would cost $59. An hour later the service department manager came out and told me that they had drained the oil and it would cost me over $150 to replace it. They should have informed me of this before the oil was drained.

07/2024 Friendly and professional staff. Appointment with the Smith Ford Center to change the Automatic Clutch on my 2012 Ford Festa and to change the oil as well. They completed everything with the test run to make sure all is working correctly. To this day 2026 and moving on forward that all is working correctly in which I'm very fortunate the service staff was able to repair the issue. Simple recall on my Ford Edge is over a week now of me waiting for it to be fixed. The "part that they had to order" came in last Thursday but I am still waiting on my car 8 days later. Getting the run around is NOT FOR ME. I spoke with Carl who apparently is but a telephone operator that makes promises that the TECHS don't keep or know about...either way, UNPROFESSIONAL. Lack of interoffice communication? Incompetence? Only care about cars they are SELLING? Don't know what the issue is but I still am waiting on my car..THAT... read more

Never had a worst experience at a Ford dealer. Had a pre agreed quote from dealer. Sat down to buy as i sat there for 30min they decided to change price 2500.00 dollars. This was amount i would have gotten back because my trade was worth more than what they were selling me. Now what r rhe chances it would go down that same amount. They tried to get out of paying the difference back to me. I didnt need to buy that day so i left not happy customer. But I look at it as a blessing. worst experience in my 45 years of driving and owning a vehicle. our vehicle has been in for warranty engine repair 4 times and each time it was kept for weeks and weeks the first time and this last time no loaner was provided (they have had it for roughly 5 months total, longer than I have had it since I bought it). They have made things worse every time they have had the vehicle in for repairs. We believe the issues begins with the top. I bought a 2021 dodge ram 1500 back in December 2 weeks later major oil leak they couldn’t find it but told me to take to dodge so I did then was told by dodge this was going on for a while the Chasity was saturated with oil ended up being crank casing oil pan gasket now on my way back to dodge for second oil leak just months later they ain’t no help don’t waste your time sure you see some good reviews but do your research before buying from them if I could I wouldn’t give them 1 star they suck
