was supposed to receive flowers on my birthday. got a voicemail saying the florist couldnt find the house. called the florist to verify the address and asked that the arrangement be left at the front door, that we were going out to dinner. florist said fine. got home and the delivery person had left a note on the door saying they tried to deliver flowers but no one was home (no kidding!!!). called the florist again, left a message. no one returned my call. Save your money and shop somewhere else minus 5 stars; when my flowers arrived they were not flowers but filler weeds. I called and was advice I should have spent more than 50 dollars if I wanted nice flowers. The weeds smelled like rotten eggs. Save your money and go somewhere else. Lousy customer service. Beautiful flowers I just wanted to say that Greenbrier Florist did the flowers for my daughters wedding ceremony and reception and they were arranged beautifully, I highly recommend them. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and it was!!! Everyone went on and on about how beautiful the flowers were. So if you are looking for the WOW factor for your wedding reception....Have greenbrier florist do the flower arrangements.
I ordered flowers for my wife this morning for our Anniversary. It's always a surprise. As usual GREENBRIER FLORIST told me they could deliver them today. Fine. They didn't ask when they needed to be delivered and I didn't tell them by 4:30. They actually said they would get them there this morning, no time mentioned. Kimberly was the person I talked with. Worst service ever! We had ordered an arrangement using pro-flower, however Greenbrier Florist got the order wrong and sent the wrong order, they left the order on the front door without knocking even though we were home. After calling the florist and telling them that the order was incorrect they said a new delivery would be made 2 days latter which was fine because it was a birthday present and that was the actual birth date.
