The staff here was so helpful and the vet called me as soon as my Lilly was being taken care of. She unfortunately didn’t had to be put down because of her having pancreatitis, her lungs was failing, and liver. It was so heart breaking and I was a complete mess and they talked to me with really good respect and helped me understand everything. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody that if there animals is sick to go to.

After a long stressful evening of supporting my foster dog, Bella, through the birth of 5 puppies but the 6th no where in sight it was nice to be told to come right over! Everyone was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Even though it wasn’t the outcome we would have wished for that 6th puppy, I appreciate everything Greenbrier staff did! I would happily make the 30 minute drive across the mountain for any future emergency care!

Business response:

Thank you!

Best place you hope you never have to visit! But seriously, we have nothing but great things to say about the care Greenbrier gave our dogs when they had emergencies—one copperhead bite and another avulsed a toenail. The staff is warm and welcoming even in these times of distancing. Our dog’s snake bit was at the very, very beginning of the pandemic and while we were not able to back into the office with her, the staff kept us updated and we called through the night to check on her. While I hope we won’t need to use their se... read more

Took Zip in tonight because he began to cough. He has a heart murmur so the cough was concerning. Dr. Johnson was very thorough when explaining physical findings and the plan for Zip. Everyone we spoke with was Professional and empathetic with our concerns for Zip. Highly recommend GEAH and while we hope we do not need them again, we would not hesitate to go. Thanks so much!!!

I took my sweet wiiwii here on a Saturday for a emergency visit. He unfortunately didnt make it through. But I just cant give these guys a better review with how they handled me the sobbing mess I was and making sure I understood everything that was to be done. I cant thank them enough for understanding how much he meant to me and all the support they gave!!!

Roxanne needed a vet for her poor eating over the weekend and it was too late to take her to the regular vet. They quickly got her diagnosed with kidney failure, immediately started fluids, and helped keep her alive over night. Her transition to the regular vet the next morning was so seamless a frazzled, crumbling kitty mom on no sleep could handle it. Roxy is doing better and time will tell on recovery, but I am so thankful for them!

Excellent late-night service for a pet emergency. All things considered they are were fairly priced considering coming in with no appointment at midnight. Kind, caring and prompt service.
