Financing fell through we got a new vehicle 2 months ago and they knew my wife was out of work for 30 days and the finance was supposedly approved and we had to make a down payment with the trade in however after being told by them to cancel the payment for the old van. The financing is still not approved and the they have not paid off the old car and they will not take the down payment but still have the new car and the old car finance company keeps extending us until hopefully they will get the financing together. Greenbrier Dodge Is Horrible I have had long ongoing issues with this paticular dealership. First of all when I owned my first diesel truck the dealership ran another vehicle into the mirror of the truck. It left a rust orange color on it and I had to complain and go to great lenghts just to have it fixed. Then I traded that vehicle into another dealership and got a 1500 Dodge Ram standard gas truck. Overall positive experience. Bought a new 2008 Dodge Charger back in May. Overall a very good experience at Greenbrier Dodge. They called back after my wife made an Internet inquiry. We live on the Peninsula and tried some dealers in the area. They didn't seem to eager to sell a car (it should have been obvious I wasn't "Just Looking"). Fun and Fast I purchased my 2005 Chevrolet Silverado from an excellent salesperson there. I was given the opportunity to drive the truck for a couple of hours, before I went in to do paperwork. I purchased the truck for $3600 under KBB price. I spent no more than 30 minutes doing paperwork. The entire time your there they play music and have people running around clapping and whistling. Overall an exciting atmosphere. I give them 5 stars.
Wreckless Endangerment and poor service from the start!! First off, I'd like to say I'm 19 years old. I just graduated highschool, and I just got a decent paying job. Enjoy your Dodge I would recommend this place to anyone that is wanting to buy a dodge vehicle. I went there with a finacle issue and they helped me right away, I walked out with a brand new dodge ram 1500 with low paments. That was after I went to every other dealership and they turned me down or jacked up my payments. I told this place what I could handle and they did it for me in a timely fashion. HORRIBLE customer service Greenbrier Dodge advertised a car on the internet, we called and were told thye still had it , so we drove there , and they said they couldnt FIND IT, so for over and hour they tried to get us to by something we really didnt want while telling us the manager was looking for the one we wanted. we finally left , but we will not return, the didnt even apologize for not having what they advertised. This is just a scheme to get you in there. beware
