It was an excellent experience. The technician spent time diagnosing an issue that was not immediately obvious. As a result, we were able to avoid purchasing a new refrigerator. Totally fantastic!
My Viking range's problem was quickly addressed. They immediately obtained the part (rare for a 15-year-old Viking appliance). Repairs come with a warranty. Our tech, Carlos, was excellent!
