Lived here for about a year now so I think I can finally write an honest review of my experience living here: Pros: - Maintenance and office team are friendly and prompt if/when needed - Wonderful with overall maintenance (lawn, plowing, etc.) - Condos are gorgeous, 3 bedrooms Cons: - Most people (I assume) use their garage for storage, therefore leaving cars parked on the street Overall wonderful place to live.
Horrible! Maintenance sucks and management doesn’t care!
I have been waiting weeks to even get a tour. No one answers the phone when you call and they email me telling me they call me later that day (a week ago) to set up an appt for a tour. The email exchange is rude, they say the manager is on vacation but Chris handles tours in the managers absence…. Well still waiting 2 weeks later. They all must be on vacation.
