Save yourself a lot of trouble, steer clear of ELSt properties .my lot rent is now set at $902.00 per month, now add sewerage,water garbage and recycling another $40.00 per month now for the good part, we have to pay $20.00 month for waste water expansion. These are quarterly charges but they charge you monthly. So my monthly rent costs me $950.00 dollars.And we get nothing in return.
This place is a joke. Lot rent is roughly $1,000. They promised me 5 years ago that it would raise no more than $10 a year that was $300 dollars ago It should have only been. I feel bad for the people paying mortgage and lot rent. None of the money they steal from you goes back into this park. Roads and driveways are crumbling, every other trailer is condemned. Disgusting little shit hole
