Save yourself some money and go somewhere else! From the day I moved in-floors and tub were dirty as you can see in pics below, laundry room always was disgusting. Place has roaches! Trash always outside by dumpster.. living here made me absolutely depressed-especially with a baby on the way. I need Desiree or ANY manager to message me, Isaura Duarte about my deposit. I have left voicemails, sent emails DIRECTLY TO DESIREE (and the property number in general) and text messages as well, with NO information. I have moved out more than 60 days ago, and have literally not even an update saying "it's on its way/has been mailed out". This place is a huge waste of money. They have "Now Leasing" signs outside. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. Even if you dont have many other options, ITS NOT WORTH IT! From the roaches inside the apartments and flying outside, to the spiders and DIAPERS in the trees, this place is utterly disgusting and not kept up with, and no one in management cares. My water heater flooded my apartment 3 times, and i had to have issues with it for weeks because they wont hire someone who is more skilled to keep up with the deman... read more
