Very clean and quiet place, the staff is very helpful and welcoming from the maintenance staff who directed me to the office to the leasing professionals inside the office. Overall great welcoming experience! 🫶
This is the third time living here at Greenbriar over the years. It is an older complex but they have done some upgrades. Chloe that works in the office is very friendly and helpful and if I have any maintenance needs it is addressed in a very timely manner by lvan. Haven’t had any issues since living here and would recommend it to my friends or family!
Lived there for 3 years, did not have any issues with anything there at the apartment complex. Yes it is older than some of the places in EC but it was quiet. Sylvia and Chloe were very helpful when I needed anything attended to. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for their first apartment.
