Lived there for 3 years, did not have any issues with anything there at the apartment complex. Yes it is older than some of the places in EC but it was quiet. Sylvia and Chloe were very helpful when I needed anything attended to. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for their first apartment.
Posting again since they took down my other review (real professional guys) Hands down the WORST apartment complex I’ve ever had to live in. We told them when we first moved in one of the rooms was too hot and it felt like no air was going to it and mind you this was the master bedroom. They told us “just leave the door open for air to flow.” After almost a year of us telling them it was too hot they FINALLY sent maintenance in and it turns out there was no air going through the vent. Update: Adjusting to 3 stars just because of how many issues we started having after we renewed our lease. We ended up paying all of the fees to break the new lease so we could move out asap. Affordable. Small town and small complex, they will likely never have a large amount of staff so please be realistic. 4 stars just because of how hot it gets for us upstairs.
