Dr. Ben Nichols has a gift for patient rapport. He has wit and modesty, as well as the wisdom I'm seeking. Ask him a question in language you understand, and he'll answer without jargon until he feels you understand. I see Dr. Ben annually and look forward to how he says anything. It's like family, Sunday brunch.
