Company "ran out of money" every month. When it came down to pay they had every excuse in the book. Never stuck with the contract he wrote out. I quit today after being owed 3200$ for nearly a month. All around the least professional company I've ever worked for. Stay away from greenboro homes. The ower and supervisor had me use old tile and trim/material from ABANDONED BUILDINGS. To date I've completed 10 1,800 sq foot homes and 10 1,500 sq foot homes. The ONLY reason the company and I had problems is their lack of income.
I can barely begin to tell you how horrible the process has been. The relationship started out great with great discussions about the new house, Jim taking an active role in researching alternative "green" materials and in person meetings where he suggested some additional features that would enhance the plans I brought to him.
