We worked with Sabrina for our wedding in September this year. The food was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests with several even telling us it was the best food they had ever eaten. We did the greenbluff garlic salmon, tri-tip with chimi churri, garden salad, parmesan potatoes, bechamel broccoli, and carmelized squash for our main course. We also did passed appetizers of stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta phyllo cups, and spinach/artichoke/crab baguette.

Greenbluff Fresh had such a great menu with so many options to choose from. We chose the apple butter chicken and creamy pear chicken as the entree. The food was amaxing!! They were very easy to work with, the food was presented neatly, and everything was warm and tasted great.

Fantastic food. Honestly I was expecting the food to be OK from experiencing other catering companies but the food was absolutely delicious, better than eating out. Very high quality food. I even forgot to tell her I changed the time and she rolled with the punches and delivered my food later for me. Highly recommend this place and I would use them again.

Incredible! The food stole the show, it was so so good, and the cowboy corn is to die for! BUT, more than the food, the owner is so kind, she goes above and way beyond. Her communication was so fast, and she has made everything so simple, she was the best vendor we hired. A seamless process, from booking to the wedding day!
