Had a great experience! Catherine was very nice and helpful throughout the experience even after purchasing. I was struggling to find the style of engagement ring I was looking for and she helped me find some that were similar and then had a custom design made. I was planning on shopping around more but when I was the design it was perfect.
Went to go find out about my rope chain that was getting repaired. Now they're telling me that they can't repair it unless I pay $600 🤦♂️ They covered it in the past when there was a issues . I never had any problems with getting it ifixed in the past . I had it inspected a week before it broke because I'm pretty good at having an inspected and cleaned so it doesn't void the warranty if there's any issues like now. We worked with Catherine to pick out our wedding bands. She was extremely attentive and patient. She really helped us find our perfect bands, with numerous appointments. She also worked hard to get us the best deal. We love our bands and would recommend Greenberg to anyone looking for jewelry.
Very good customer service, and a wonderful buying experience. Marissa and Ashley were very helpful and provided my fiancé and I with plenty of information regarding engagement rings when we went in to try some out. Would absolutely recommend!
