Serena at the Westroads store was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and such a sweet person.
This place is wonderful. I ordered an engagement ring here and the employees are the most helpful and kind people I could have asked for - Brad and Kayli specifically! They worked with my girlfriend to design her ring exactly like she wanted it and it came out perfect. They were super transparent through the whole process and made this experience better than I could have ever hoped.
Maddie and Kathy were great! I LOVED how Maddie was wearing one of her rings and decided I needed one too!
