I have never seen an OFFICE STAFF as lazy, careless, and irresponsible as the staff at Dr. Matthew's office. You will see the same complaints about their ineptitude if you read the reviews. NOT ONE BUT 3 TIMES my father has had to cancel his appointment and postpone his procedure because Dr Matthew's staff didn't do the paperwork correctly as they are supposed to do. The Dr may be good, but his staff is the most inefficient I have ever experienced in my life. Not once but TWICE they dropped the ball on submitting the request for authorization. The 2nd time took the prize. My husband had to take a laxative the night before the appointment. Antibiotics 2 days prior. An enema the day of the procedure. Just had my prostate biopsy. I would say “I feel no pain”. I would say it’s more like several pinches. If you ever had a shot in the arm then consider that to be the level of pain. The trans rectal ultra sound probe is about the size of your thumb. It gives Dr Greenberger a great picture of your prostate and helps him take his samples. You would never know he’s using a needle. I RATE HIS BEDSIDE MANNER AND OFFICE STAFF 5 STARS. Thank you!
