Spoke with a very kind person named Miracle, answered all my questions, listened to my issues, and took the time to be personable with me. Made the experience a painless one and took care of all my questions and issues, including ones I didn't know I had at the start, 5/5 stars!!
Friendly staff very helpful
Mr. Greenberg is extremely rude. Whenever you do finally get to speak with him he's never in a pleasant mode. He is the only one who can seem to settle a debt. He's never in the office to take a phone call.
