Went to Dr. Greenberg due to constant headache. He believed they were caused by problem with cervical spine prescribed muscle relaxers and xrays of the neck. That was in August 2019. Set up a follow up appointment way out in December. When I got in the exam room his PA came in...she informed me that Dr. Greenberg had not had a chance to look at my xrays! Theyve had them for 3 1/2 months! She asked if I would like to try PT and come back after he had had a chance to review the film! I wasted 4 months!
I used to go to Dr. Greenberg for Migraine headaches. I sought another Neurologist because he wouldn't listen to me. I was raised with a medical doctor so I do know my own body. But he continued to increase the dosage of the medication he prescribed which was ineffective. I gained 60 pounds and now have a shunt in my head because the water on my brain was undetected.
I have been seeing Dr. Greenberg for dementia/Alzheimer condition I trust him and i am grateful that I found him after moving to Savannah six years ago.
Took my mom to see Dr. Greenberg and everyone was fabulous from the front desk to check out! Veronica, his medical asst was very friendly and positive when dealing with mom. Dr Greenberg was very patient, gentle and showed mom respect. Also, I want to give a big shout out to the office manager, Sandra Patel. We had a neuro appt with another doctor but he could not see us until the end of June, which was not acceptable. My daughter reached out on fb for suggestions for help. Ever since I met Dr. Greenberg, he was someone that explained things to me without speaking down to me like other doctors did. I appreciated that. It is a joy to do this evaluation.
Within 15 min with Dr Greenberg, I got more information on my health concerns than I did in 10 appointments with two other Neurologists. 150% excellent care from Dr. Greenberg and his staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Greenberg for four years for narcolepsy. He is very professional, knowledgeable and understanding. He actually listens to you, which i find important. It is hard to find a really good doctor and i am grateful I found him. His NP, Amanda, is also great.
Dr. Greenberg specializes in Guillain-Barré syndrome. His care and management is phenomenal. He is the only doctor that I trust.
