I have not had any negative experience with this dental office. Me and my son have had a couple of visits and they’re all pleasant.
Let me start off by saying it takes $0 and 0 cents to have a pleasant attitude. My sons appointment was at 10:45 when we arrived the staff was rude and act like it s a problem that you are even there. On top of the horrible customer service we literally were there 3 hours and after waiting for an hour I went to the reception to kindly ask how many patients were ahead of my son to be met with more attitude the receptionist even having the nerve to say " he should not have even been scheduled at this location" just to be clear... read more
I can see why this office has a 2.6 star rating. If I could I wouldn't even give them one star. Front desk is very rude & unprofessional. Daughters treatment plan was set & the day of appointment they did a filling on the wrong tooth. Other Greenburg locations are great but not this office.
This is by far the best dentist off/greenberg dental office iv been to. They fixed what the Normandy location messed up and put me through so much pain! Crystal springs is amazing accommodation were made and were amazing with my kids (I had 3 of them) iv been 3 times in the last 6 weeks. They have been made out to be so terrible but I can promise you this you give respect you get respect. I will be back in Jan and can’t wait!
