This is by far the best dentist off/greenberg dental office iv been to. They fixed what the Normandy location messed up and put me through so much pain! Crystal springs is amazing accommodation were made and were amazing with my kids (I had 3 of them) iv been 3 times in the last 6 weeks. They have been made out to be so terrible but I can promise you this you give respect you get respect. I will be back in Jan and can’t wait!
Do not take your child here. I had to pay $4000 out of pocket, under a contract... after made up fees for this and that I paid hundreds OVER my set amount on top of what insurance gave them and when they took her braces off, with swollen gums, they made her retainers that didn't fit right now her teeth are shifting, so after ALL the money and process of her braces, at the very end, they won't make it right... they want 500 more to get retainers that actually fit. Horrible customer service highly don’t recommend , manager refused to let me be seen because she wanted my 3 toddlers under 4 to sit in the waiting room by themselves unattended and I absolutely would not allow that to happen! When they knew upon scheduling that I would be bringing them with me and it was not an issue wasted of time!
If you're looking for great or even good customer service, don't bother with this place. I had an appt, got there 15 mins early because I had new insurance. 4 gals behind the counter. One takes my card and says she'll bring it out. 20 mins later, they're all standing around talking about hair wigs and laughing, so I asked if I could get my card back so I didn't forget it. If you take time off of work, expect to be out for a long time. My first appointment I had it took me about 35 minutes to get called back just for them to do an X-ray and send me on my way. My appointment today for a cleaning was at 12:15 and I was told rudely I’d be waiting because 6 people are ahead of me. I asked how long the wait would be and front desk said maybe an hour.
