I receive calls from them ALL the time. I am not a customer. The weird thing is that, though caller-ID says "Greenberg Dental" it's always some non-sense about credit cards (I don't even have one). When I try to speak to a representative by selecting that option, the man who is speaking to me ALWAYS hangs up on my while I am politely asking him to not call me anymore, and take my number off of their list. You have to call all day just to get somebody on the phone. They call you right before your appointment to tell you it is being rescheduld. This happened to me 3 different times within 2 months. That is not only unprofessional but inconsiderate. I had to take time off of work each time only to be cancelled and when ai explained that to the scheduler she had the nerve to tell me she was being inconvenienced as well smh excuse me so you mean ti tell me you are calling off of work missing your oay check as well because your of ... read more
Dr. Ivy Tran is the BEST!!!!! No pain or discomfort AT ALL!!!!!!! I am PETRIFIED of dentists but not now.
After being in so much pain, I decided to go to the dentist to find out what the problem was. I needed a root canal but the final cost was more than I wanted to pay. Greenberg has a discount plan that was very suitable for me and I was able to have my procedure done for a fraction of what other dentists charge. The staff was very nice and inviting. Very disappointed! Service is horrible! Staff and Dentist were extremely un professional...during the 40 min procedure they were talking about personal issues, laughing and dancing. I won't be returning to that office!
The worst dental center ever. Don't even try guys and on top of that they have the worst costumer service
Absolutely Horrible experience!!! My 5year old daughter her two front tooth has cavities. I took her to the deland office. It was a female dentist. They didn't let me wait in the room. I had to wait in the waiting area. The first time the nurse took her back, I looked at her tooth, it still had black cavity marks on it, i asked the nurse how come it's still black, she said: oh it's just the black stain, it's normal. 5mins later, the nurse came out told me the dentist was willing to give a second try. I have just talked to a guy who was very helpful and patient. I will try this clinic on January 4th for my first dental cleaning and evaluate after. I have not seen the facility yet, but I am hopeful that my experience will be OK. I am cautious after I saw the good and bad reviews on this facility.
This place is disgusting, And filthy plus the receptionist is outright rude besides the fact she is always drooling when she talks! She acts like the patients work for her, seriously take your money elsewhere!!!!!!! Be warn they ONLY treat NEW Customers with RESPECT!!
