Great staff! Dr. Hassani and the entire team—including dental assistants Protensky (who goes by “AP”), Mimi, and Heilda, as well as front desk staff Carla and Mohomma—are all amazing. I want to give a special shout-out to this wonderful team for the care they provide to me and my family. They take the time to educate us and make sure we understand everything. Felt good and reassuring
Terrible Experience. if I could give zero stars I would. My wife went to this dentist and waited over two hours in the chair to see someone. The doctor popped in for 30 seconds then she waited almost another hour and eventually walked out without getting her teeth cleaning after over two and a half hours. Poorly run operation and tried to sell her a bunch of services she didn’t need. And let me just tell you, my wife has almost perfect teeth because her father was a Dentist for 40 yrs until he recently retired. So when I say... read more
I would give negative 5 stars. These people are completely insane. Absolutely awful experience. Rude, cold front desk with zero empathy. Dr Lee was in a rush per usual, didn’t even ask what brings me there (like a normal doctor would) and repeated the same two words from a visit 9 months ago. His delivery was rushed and robotic, with about the same warmth as a parking ticket. He’s in the wrong profession, DMV would be a better fit. Never encountered a doctor like that, let alone a dentist. Will not be giving a 3rd chance.
