Worst dental office we've ever used. They are rude. Sky the receptionist is rude. Show up for an appointment and they spend an hour "verifying insurance." Now they took my call, placed me on hold and apparently closed the office and left me on the line. We have been stuck with this office for over a year bc we picked the wrong dental insurance plan and Greenberg is the only dentist in the area we can use. Swapping immediately. This is unacceptable.
I do NOT recommend Greenburg Dental if you expect ANY type of care in an emergency. I’m 63 years old and have had 12 of 32 teeth pulled. Seven within the past 24 months because my molars are obviously old and deteriorating rapidly. On October 1st periodontist Chad Bardsley, DDS pulled my molars #2 and #30. I made an appointment and after I realized I had a conflict I called to cancel. At 7:04 am ( who calls potential clients @7am) the next morning I received a call from Jennifer from a 407 #. She stated that she sets up and confirms appointments. Me: Do you think it's professional to call me or anyone else at 7am? Jennifer: I'm sorry I woke you up but these are my hours! Horrible experience. It’s sad too because the dentist is great. Office is chaotic and there seems to be more staff than needed with people just hanging out all over the place. I will be looking for a new dentist because it’s like a zoo in there. If I could rate them zero stars I would. Do Brandon a favor and shut this office down.
If you don't wish to read all this just know this practice is a bunch of monsters that do not care about your pain, mouth, health or life and you are better just paying out of pocket for proper care than trying to deal with a place like this. Went there had insurance would cover quite a bit took out there discount plan that would help went back saw peridonist then told all work would have to be done by specialist my ins doesn't cover what a joke they want 1200 from me tried to get a supervisor to call me back to complain no luck filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner and state of Florida
Making an appointment is impossible you call you call you call and finally when you go there is when you get the appointment. Nothing is ever done correctly, the offices don't talk to each other. Same tooth problem since November something that should have been taken care of within the 6 weeks it is now 5 months later and the problem is still not taken care of.
