Extemely Gross condescending employees with nasty attitudes and bad customer service. They over charge patients and argue. I feel bad for the doctors here. The staff will be their downfall. Good luck getting any type of customer service after services are rendered. There isn't any at all. The company will not call back. They lack transparency. You've Been warned!
2024 I hate to write this, but Greenberg Dental has changed a lot in recent years. The changes are not very encouraging: - not all branches work with all insurances, - it’s very difficult to make an appointment by phone, the answering machine promises to call you back within 24 hours, that is, sit and wait a day, why not right away?
