My daughter went in for a regular cleaning today, and when they called her in she was sent back out in less than ten minutes. So bad
Extremely frustrating experience. I scheduled an oral surgery consultation for my 5-year-old daughter two weeks in advance and provided all of the required information, including her insurance and referral details. After taking unpaid time off work and driving to the appointment, I was told that this location doesn't accept her insurance and that the oral surgeon doesn't see children under 12. If they had all of this information when I scheduled the appointment, why was I booked there in the first place? It was already diffi... read more
