Se demoran bastante incluso con appointment, y no hay buen customer service, el doctor de general Dr P. es muy rapido en los procedimientos pq que los pacientes deben volver a recementar las coronas permanentes 3 a 4 veces en menos de12 meses. They take quite a long time, even with an appointment, and the customer service is poor. The general dentist, Dr. P., rushes through procedures so much that patients have to return to have their permanent crowns recemented 3 to 4 times in less than 12 months.

Beware! Greenberg will tell you that your insurance does not cover what they want to do. But, my experience they never provided me what my insurance will cover. So, they trick you i to buying what they are selling and not offering you what your insurance will cover. In my case I fought them and filed a complaint with my insurance company. My complaint to my insurance company was “why do I have your insurance if you dont cover a crown. My insurance company said “yes” they do. I went into this location to see Dr. Patel about a loose crown that they put in and he told me that he noticed that the crown was loose and to wait till it falls out and they would put it back on.WOW so it has to come off so I bite into it crack it or swallow it so they can charge me for another one. Probably get better service at the health department Dentist.

I have insurance through my job so first of all, brownie points on it just being a little over $100 for a deep gingivitis cleaning. No cavities, Yay! To start off, I have Autism and a Panic Disorder, and I was pleasantly surprised. No one spoke down to me, everyone was very kind and helpful and over explained what they were doing to make me feel heard. Then when my cleaning came, my teeth are sensitive so I felt some pain. I've gone to this office for pretty much my entire life and I don't think I've ever had my appointment on time. Appointment at 10:00 completed paperwork by around 9:45, still haven't been seen and it's 10:50. This is a consistent recurring issue that needs to be addressed. If patient volume is too high than please just schedule less patients or find a better way to see patients without affecting the quality of care. This us ridiculous.
