The idea of customer service is a foreign concept to this office. Too many instances of poor or NO customer service to list here, but suffice it say, look somewhere else for dental care. If they cut corners on simply answering phones, they're cutting corners elsewhere!
Very non serious untrained staff unprofessional their internet down every other day they don’t answer phone returns phone calls or voicemails I would not recommend this place to no one full of drama staff front desk and over the phone I don’t know who hire them they are lucky they have a job but they are not thankful waited for 6 weeks for the orthodontist consult appointment they did not call made appointment while I was there and when I call to confirm she is telling me your insurance not on network very unprofessional rud... read more
Forget tying to make an appointment. They do NOT answer the phone or returns calls even if it is a emergency. I was forced to use another dentist. I called several times and even called the emergency number several times. Was a long time patient but service has changed. Hopefully some one from Greenberg will read this and ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

Very rude, uncaring, uncompassionate staff!!! I had an appointment once, they made me wait in a room for 4 hours. Had to finally leave without treatment. They blamed it on emergencies. Then I had an emergency, and I was told I could be a walk-in, since they couldn't give me an appointment, but I would wait in the waiting room for several hours, without the guarantee of being seen. This is the kind of "care" you get in this place. Must not have any other choice in order to become a patient here!!!
My 4-year-old son received exceptional care from the pediatric dentist, Dr. Ricardo B. Fontoura and his dental assistant, Emily, at Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics on Friday March 11th. Emily was patient, communicative and connected very well with my son. Dr. Fontoura was very gentle during the assessment of his teeth and took the time to address all our concerns. I recommend them HIGHLY!
Omg where do I start. I had the greatest experience during a root canal. Yes you read right. I had the greatest experience during a root canal. Dr Fidy made me feel so comfortable that now I don’t ever need anything to relax me, like he stated when he saw me anxious, lol. Dr Fidy and his staff are the best. Greenburg Dental in Winter Haven made me feel at home. I love it there!
I would like to thank Dr. Amaro and assistant Ashley. They did a great job with my new crown and they inspired me to be better with their positive energy and dedication. Good job and thank you for being so wonderful people.
The way they treated my 6 year old was Unacceptable! They were scolding him and yelling in his ear! Telling him “you better knock it off” The service here is unacceptable
