I made an appointment at the Port Orange, FL location for a new patient exam and cleaning. My appointment was at 8am when they opened and I was not called until 8:35. After my x-rays and exam, I was told I would need to make an appointment for a cleaning. This experience was a complete waste of my time. I will not be back and will spread the word. The staff seems to be indifferent to dealing with patients. Lesson learned, I should have done my due diligence and read all the awful reviews.
