Interacting with customers is the most important part of Greenberg Dental especially at busy times, clerks are over-worked often time. But someone did her best in helping regardless of pressure, she is Jenny Romaro; I noticed that many times so I usually wait for her being free to come by asking for help, and as expected I got the best help. Incompetent and disorganized office staff, having 2 seniors come to your office on time for their appointment, only to be canceled for no reason.

The idea of customer service is a foreign concept to this office. Too many instances of poor or NO customer service to list here, but suffice it say, look somewhere else for dental care. If they cut corners on simply answering phones, they're cutting corners elsewhere!

Very non serious untrained staff unprofessional their internet down every other day they don’t answer phone returns phone calls or voicemails I would not recommend this place to no one full of drama staff front desk and over the phone I don’t know who hire them they are lucky they have a job but they are not thankful waited for 6 weeks for the orthodontist consult appointment they did not call made appointment while I was there and when I call to confirm she is telling me your insurance not on network very unprofessional rud... read more

Forget tying to make an appointment. They do NOT answer the phone or returns calls even if it is a emergency. I was forced to use another dentist. I called several times and even called the emergency number several times. Was a long time patient but service has changed. Hopefully some one from Greenberg will read this and ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!

Very rude, uncaring, uncompassionate staff!!! I had an appointment once, they made me wait in a room for 4 hours. Had to finally leave without treatment. They blamed it on emergencies. Then I had an emergency, and I was told I could be a walk-in, since they couldn't give me an appointment, but I would wait in the waiting room for several hours, without the guarantee of being seen. This is the kind of "care" you get in this place. Must not have any other choice in order to become a patient here!!!
