Clearly a money-making business with little respect for patients. I had to make multiple calls to get an appointment. At that appointment I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. Dzung Nguyen then told me I would not be treated because I was considered noncompliant for refusing treatment I could not afford. He then banned me from the practice because I had the audacity to check out a more conveniently located dental office.
I would give them zero stars if possible. Dzung Nguyen (dentist) just told me I was 'noncompliant' because I chose NOT to do procedures I could not afford. He then said that because I had the audacity to check out a dental office that was closer, and significantly more convenient for me, that I was an undesirable patient. He refused to treat me and banished me from the office. I hope his little power play satisfied him but pray that he learns compassion and humility. Absolutely wonderful staff. I am from WI and am only in the area during Winter. I needed 2 emergency root canals and Crowns. They fit me in immediately and were so gentle and friendly. The Dr. and assistant made sure I had absolutely no pain. I love the care I received and the staff. I am going to have them take care of all my dental needs. I am 68 years old and have been to many dentists. This place is by far the best in the business. I had a root canal performed by Dr. Jesse Rosario. He and his assistant were amazing, and it was painless thanks to the care and attention they gave me all through the procedure. ⚠️ Never go to this place! They are completely unorganized and have zero respect for their patients’ time. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance, thinking everything was set for my routine 6-month cleaning. I even came early with my husband for his appointment, hoping they might see me sooner. I walked out of an appointment after waiting forty five minutes for an appointment. They are not accredited through BBB .
Big time scam , poor job and poor communication, they are there to take your money and that's it . Never going back or recommend this place to anyone!

First appt was frustrating . I believe I was the only patient there & spent the majority of 90 min waiting in the dental chair by myself . The dentist's diagnosis was fair & reasonable but I really don't appreciate waiting needlessly for service .
