This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever been to and not just as a dental office. I gave this place 3 more chances to change my mind and they messed up every single time. First time, was half an hour late when I had the earliest appointment. Second time, 45 minutes late because the hygienist was late, on top of that at the end of the session she said I’ll be coming back to her so she can monitor me I said great she said yeah but I have a baby and I live far this place is hard for me to come (with an attitude) What... read more
This is a really nice place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Gwen and Dr. Carter especially work hard to make you feel comfortable, work with your situation and help make good of a bad situation. My teeth had gotten into a bad place and they have been showing me much kindness and no judgement. I see reviews where people complain about the waits, and it can be awhile sometimes. I don’t know how anyone could say anything bad about this office. Every time we are here the staff is so friendly and providers are knowledgeable and considerate of our time.
This place is one the worst place i have ever went to.This was my second visit to this place and i only went here because i forgot the reason why i did not go here the first time but i was reminded as i walked in. I receive calls from them ALL the time. I am not a customer. The weird thing is that, though caller-ID says "Greenberg Dental" it's always some non-sense about credit cards (I don't even have one). When I try to speak to a representative by selecting that option, the man who is speaking to me ALWAYS hangs up on my while I am politely asking him to not call me anymore, and take my number off of their list. I have called the '1-800' customer service number, for a DENTAL place, and all you get with that is BS about buying car i... read more

You have to call all day just to get somebody on the phone. They call you right before your appointment to tell you it is being rescheduld. This happened to me 3 different times within 2 months. That is not only unprofessional but inconsiderate. I had to take time off of work each time only to be cancelled and when ai explained that to the scheduler she had the nerve to tell me she was being inconvenienced as well smh excuse me so you mean ti tell me you are calling off of work missing your oay check as well because your of ... read more
Dr. Ivy Tran is the BEST!!!!! No pain or discomfort AT ALL!!!!!!! I am PETRIFIED of dentists but not now.
After being in so much pain, I decided to go to the dentist to find out what the problem was. I needed a root canal but the final cost was more than I wanted to pay. Greenberg has a discount plan that was very suitable for me and I was able to have my procedure done for a fraction of what other dentists charge. The staff was very nice and inviting.
