Worst dental office we've ever used. They are rude. Sky the receptionist is rude. Show up for an appointment and they spend an hour "verifying insurance." Now they took my call, placed me on hold and apparently closed the office and left me on the line. We have been stuck with this office for over a year bc we picked the wrong dental insurance plan and Greenberg is the only dentist in the area we can use. Swapping immediately. This is unacceptable.

Made an appointment for an ortho consult after WEEKS of trying to get through on the phone (that should have been clue number one) don’t bother calling no one picks up the phone or returns your calls. Got there for a scheduled consult and waited about an hour and 20 minutes before going back. In the time of waiting they were unable to verify my insurance and I don’t think they cared they gave me wrong insurance information. I NEVER write reviews but when it comes to my children I need to say something. This location is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional, they have no organization skills. There has been multiple times I have been there over two hours. Every employee has a different answer for everything no one ever answers the phone. my younger son was due for braces and I decided driving to Casselberry was well worth the inconvenience with travel and traffic to never have to deal with this company ever again. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never return your calls. Billing office is horrible. Customer service is the worst! Would not recommend this place for that reason. The dentists and all the dental technicians are not the problem, haven’t had any issues so far with that side of it.
Terrible customer service. How can you cancel an appointment because your dentist in on vacation yet not call your patients! Very unprofessional! Will not return!
Called emergency hotline. 4 x. Still no call back. Very sad that they don’t care
Dr. Gabler is so on professional he does not realize that he is a dentist.......He told me that he was an orthodontist not a dentist wow that is scary.
