I had the MiraDry procedure done with Angela and I had such a great experience! The office was clean and the whole process was efficient. Angela was also great! She was so professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Even from the first phone call asking about the procedure, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
I was recommended to this dermatologist, but my experience just trying to make an appointment has been terrible. I’ve called about five different times, and either no one answers or I get put on hold by the Woodbury staff without anyone ever coming back to the line. It’s extremely frustrating and disappointing especially when I was really looking forward to becoming a new patient. The lack of professionalism makes it hard to trust the office with my care.
