Went to go file a BBB complaint but found their BBB accreditation had been revoked with an F rating. Not surprising. As others have said, I have been drafted more than what I owe in my settlement as a "special draft" they refuse to send me the recording where I agreed to it, with that fee I am now paying more than I was before I ever got involved with this terrible company. Not happy
I have been working with Andrea Mullen. It’s been the worst experience and I regret it completely! They are even drafting funds I did NOT authorize and refuse to send me the audio recordings of the conversations where I apparently did authorize it. DON’T work with this company. 2 of my accounts went to collections. I didn’t need their help with that.
