I can’t speak for everyone else's experience, but for myself I had a clean experience with this company. They did help bring down what I owed to chase by $5,000 and of course they had their fee but it was still much less than what I would have payed if I continued trying to pay chase by myself. My account is settled and I had started with them two years ago, so things may have changed within the company since then, which is a shame. This company fk me over with my debts so bad. I lost my money with them and now have to pay all my own debts on my own. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Went to go file a BBB complaint but found their BBB accreditation had been revoked with an F rating. Not surprising. As others have said, I have been drafted more than what I owe in my settlement as a "special draft" they refuse to send me the recording where I agreed to it, with that fee I am now paying more than I was before I ever got involved with this terrible company.
