Agreed! Terrible customer service and dissatisfied on how they are handling my debt! Don't trust their commercials!
I can’t speak for everyone else's experience, but for myself I had a clean experience with this company. They did help bring down what I owed to chase by $5,000 and of course they had their fee but it was still much less than what I would have payed if I continued trying to pay chase by myself. My account is settled and I had started with them two years ago, so things may have changed within the company since then, which is a shame. This company fk me over with my debts so bad. I lost my money with them and now have to pay all my own debts on my own. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.
