As a medical service provider, patients call to seek care and schedule appointments. How can the staff who answer the phone have such an terrible attitude? The person answering calls should show the most basic level of respect and courtesy. This was completely unacceptable.
Got a pediatrician referral. Amazing staff and service.
The doctor was ok. I didnt find Dr. T very knowledgeable about mental health and it was very difficult to get an urgent appointment. In particular, there was very little recognition of disabilities in seniors. For any sort of forms, the lag time between the request and delivery was about a month and they refused to mail the documents (for example retirement home intake forms or forms for insurance).
