Very impressed. Check in was easy, staff was very friendly. Pretty much no wait at all. My Doctor is kind and personable. I quite happy with the level of care. The clinic is very clean as well
This clinic feels completely robotic. The doctors I'VE dealt with clearly believe they are better than you, and are conceited beyond belief.
I have been a patient here for several years and overall the quality of service is good. I recently had an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner named Jasmine MacDonald who was new to me. This review is about Jasmine in particular. She was great. Friendly, professional and very informative. Hopefully she will stay for a long time.
Greenbelt Family Health Team is impeccably run! Everyone is genuinely friendly, same-day appointments are easy to get, and check-in is quick and fully automated. I’ve never had to wait to be seen, they are always on time! Dr. Bloomfield is extremely thorough and takes the time to actually listen. It’s rare to find a practice this efficient and well organized. Highly recommend!
Great doctors and nurses, however I dont know where they hire for reception. Extremely condescending and rude. I had a lady leave a voicemail and I was appauled.. even more so when I called the clinic back to get info. This is extremely unprofessional and I think the clinic needs to really screen these people before hiring, its not a good look on the place as a whole.
