The doctor was ok. I didnt find Dr. T very knowledgeable about mental health and it was very difficult to get an urgent appointment. In particular, there was very little recognition of disabilities in seniors. For any sort of forms, the lag time between the request and delivery was about a month and they refused to mail the documents (for example retirement home intake forms or forms for insurance). 家庭医生诊所，一切都好，就是没有会讲普通话的医生，哪怕护士都好。所以沟通起来对于太多专业医学英文听和理解起来都很吃力。只是提一个小小建议。

Clinic management only allow one way communication. They put no show charge recently despite their website being under maintenance and and mail box full. 50 $ means much lovable to clinic and no respect for the patient. This is far from humanity... Clinic changed my family doctor from dr Renwick to Dr Guo without askng my consent.Never had an issue when Dr Renwuck was there. DR Guo seems more money minded. She must focus on patient care....
