Extremely disappointing. The last two times I’ve been here for a scheduled appointment, I’ve had to wait well past my allotted time. At my last appointment, I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes to see my doctor. Today, I waited 45 minutes, only to be told after 15 minutes with my doctor that she couldn’t address all of my concerns and had to move on to the next patient. You keep calling then and no freaking answers. It's like there no doctor in this world. Like its hard to reach them just to book an appoitment. Like what you guys doing in the front desk having girls time??
I am very disappointed in the quality of doctors at this clinic. I have been a patient for 10 years, and they seem to only be somewhat useful once you are already very sick, and have no regards for any preventative measures. Appointments are always under 5 mins long, rushed, and have no real sustenance. I have been denied blood tests many times, without any explanation why, other than “it’s not necessary,” which only furthered me to be worse in my condition, which again they misdiagnosed multiple times. Dr Guo is fantastic. She is very attentive and thorough. I feel safe within her care. My only grievance is i wish it were easier to get through to reception.
