Super thankful the team made my move out and move In very easy after 5 years
The move-in experience was phenomenal. De'Ajia and Alyssa, the community managers, really made my out-of-state move easy. They coordinated my furniture delivery and internet setup without me being there so that I could come home to a fully furnished apartment. My flight to Colorado ended up getting cancelled, and De'Ajia stayed late on a Saturday to ensure I got my keys and all my questions were answered. Truly incredible service.
I was going to tour and had in mind to move in 1st of July until I saw all the fees this complex is charging, no wonder Green Belt Apartment have so many vacancies. This place is into making money off there future residents. I would recommend anyone interested moving here take a look at there fee sheet. You can do better.
I had an appointment for a showing on 5/3, and they cancelled due to a staff emergency. No big deal. I rescheduled for 5/10, and I had to cancel because I was in a car accident the night before and was sore. I rescheduled for 5/17. I showed up and the door to the leasing office door was locked. I waited for 20 minutes and left two voicemails. Still no call back. I was really looking forward to looking at these apartments and am disappointed by the lack of communication.
