Devon did an excellent job of the carpet cleaning.Was helpful and considerate. Am still giving 5 stars even though we had a communication problem for 3 days, as Ethan explained they were shorthanded.They do try to be responsive I have found.
Would not use. Understaffed a simple job of cleaning 2 sofas and a rug. Required our help to complete the job, and replaced furniture in the wrong place, creating additional work for us,
James and Danny did a great job lifting most of the stains and dirt out with their 2nd tier cleaning option. I gave a Minus 1 star because it wasn’t clear before they arrived what the different price tiers were and what the difference was between the options.
