Lived in an Greenbaum Rental apartment the last year and was heart broken to move out. It was seriously so beautiful, perfect location, and any little thing that came up was taken care of quickly and easily, Joel was very helpful! Anyone I had over always commented on how perfect of a spot I had- and it truly was <3. If I wasn’t moving I would have definitely stayed another year.
My housemates and I had a great experience with Greenbaum Rentals! When I initially contacted him looking for a property to rent, he was very responsive, helpful, and considerate of our requests. Our house was still being built when we signed the lease and Joel was very good about giving us updates and keeping us in the loop! After 2 years in our college house, my friends and I can not say enough about it. We loved our house on Pease Place so much and are so sad to leave! Our house gave was spacious, clean, and had very nice appliances. Joel and his team were always so responsive and took great care of our property. Would recommend!
