I applied for an apartment at 85 N. Whitney and Joel Greenbaum approved me and told me to mail him a check for the deposit which I did, on 10/29. I waited and then called Joel who said he was out of town and assured me after a friendly conversation that he would check the mail when he got back and let me know. For two years lived in one of Greenbaums apartments and enjoyed it! Joel always replied to our concerns in a timely manner , and the maintenance men would come quickly.
I lived in one of Joel’s properties for two years and had a great experience. He was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and the apartment itself was a great place to live. Highly recommend!

Lived in an Greenbaum Rental apartment the last year and was heart broken to move out. It was seriously so beautiful, perfect location, and any little thing that came up was taken care of quickly and easily, Joel was very helpful! Anyone I had over always commented on how perfect of a spot I had- and it truly was <3. If I wasn’t moving I would have definitely stayed another year.
