I have known Martin Greenbaum for 15 years and he is my go to for collection questions. He is an upstanding man and the firm is five stars great!
Terrible service - would not recommend. No one ever spoke to me in detail. Intake team was slow. I was sent a letter saying my case was accepted. When I followed up, stating I was ready to move forward but had some simple questions because their acceptance letter contained some incorrect details, they suddenly declined the case. I never once spoke to anyone at all – just a few templated PDF letters.
I contacted Greenbaum Law Group regarding a post-judgment enforcement matter involving a debtor. While their initial intake team was responsive, my overall impression was that the firm is only interested in pursuing routine, undisputed, or straightforward debt collections. However, if your matter involves a sophisticated debtor where you need a legal team willing to roll up their sleeves and fight hard, I would recommend looking elsewhere for more driven and tenacious counsel
Martin has been a huge help. Being away and having someone you can rely on like Greenbaum is honestly a relief.
