Nice staff, but their service isn’t what I’d consider real cleaning. They only clean homes that are already clean.
Their cleaners do an ok job, when they actually show up - but not great enough to warrant the extra high rates. However, our main problem is how incredibly unreliable this company is. They keep disappearing on us with no response, leaving us in the lurch more often than not (once they ghosted us for over 6 weeks because apparently our "cleaner's car wasn't working"?! I have been a client of Green Apple for a while now and I LOVE their service. The office staff is responsive, helpful and accommodating - always ready to answer any question. As for the cleaners, I cannot say enough good things! They are prompt, efficient and clean to incredibly high standards. They do not just surface clean - the floors and the bathroom are so shiny. The bonus is that they only used eco-friendly products! I cannot recommend this company enough!! Happy to be a customer!
We used their services to have the house cleaned before a move and they did a super job. They were on time, thorough and professional. The service provider was polite and committed. The house was amazingly clean. I had never seen it look that good.
This experience has been very disappointing. I hired them a few months ago and signed up for every 4 week cleaning. I've scheduled 6 cleanings in total. Only 2 showed up on the original agreed upon day and time. The rest will be no show/rescheduling 5min before the actual appointment. They will always have an excuse and for some reason they can't seem to keep their staff. Green Apple gives you a policy to sign that says if you need to cancel, you have to give them at least 24 hour notice or they will charge you the full fee ... read more
