I called ahead to ask about ring resizing and was told it takes 3-4 days for ~$100-150. I dropped my ring off on a Wednesday and was told to pick it up that Saturday (which matches what I was told on the phone). I arrived Monday to pick up my ring (2 days after I was told it would be ready) and was informed the goldsmith hadn't gotten to it yet. I live 20 minutes away so since my time was wasted, I can only review 1 star because I still don't have my ring resized. I just took my ring and left.
