I did not have a appointment i left work at 7am and on the way home from work my AEB light came on .I drove to the dealership was greeted by Alberto .He took me right in. The customer service between the mechanic and Alberto was amazing. Unfortunately due to the light was not on at the time the mechanic looked at it i was advised to video tape next time.It has gone off a few times for no reason.i even spoke to the mechanic I unfortunately did not get his name he was very professional.Will definitely use them again.
We are a NISSAN family with four Nissans. We all use Greenacres Nissan for our service. In the Previous 10 years, the services have been fair at best. Before my last service, they were dishonest. They said that the Air and Cabin filters, amongst other things,) needed to be replaced. My son had replaced them a few weeks earlier.
