I had such a wonderful experience at Greenacres Bridal! I originally came in hoping to alter a dress I already had, but ended up finding my absolute dream dress in their shop instead. The entire experience was so relaxed and enjoyable. She was incredibly patient with all of my indecisiveness and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process. Amazing service! Very personalized. Nina was a sweetheart, spoke Russian which is amazing for our mother. The attention to details and personalization for my sister to find her perfect dress was astounding. The atmosphere inside was warm cozy and inviting! Very clean!
Had my wedding gown altered here and it was beautiful!!! My skirt was shortened for my height and the straps were also shortened. Consultation to final fitting/pick up took 9 weeks. I made sure to schedule a consultation 12 weeks before my wedding in case a 2nd adjustment was needed, but it fit great during the 1st fitting so I took it home earlier than expected. Nina was my primary contact and she was wonderful!
From start to finish, the entire experience here was absolutely flawless! Nina was so kind, warm, and welcoming. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and instead of picking the dresses she "thought" I'd like, she went through every single option with me. We had a blast, and after shopping around, I ended up back there later that day to purchase my dress!
I went to Greenacres bridal and Nina welcomed me with a great smile. She was very nice and kept things real. I got along with her really well and found the dress we needed in seconds! She was really easy to get along with and recommend her!!
