Gio and his staff are top notch!!! If you’re looking for a mechanic who is fair and honest look no further. My family and I have been going here for a few years now . Trust worthy and dependable. A rarity to find nowadays.
The mechanics are great
Always come here to get my tires replaced. But this time, I got my tires replaced. A few days later, I noticed one of the tires was leaking. It looked like a bad seal on the inside of the tire. I went back and told them about the tire and asked if they could inspect it. Their attitude and excuse were pathetic and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. BAD BUSINESS ETHIC
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve taken my car to this Nissan service center 3 times within a year for the same issue, and it’s still not fixed. Each time, they claimed it was the left axle and charged my warranty company—twice for the same part within 6 months. The last time, they had my car for hours, didn’t run diagnostics, and said they “didn’t hear the sound.” I heard it again the moment I left.
