The mechanics are great
Always come here to get my tires replaced. But this time, I got my tires replaced. A few days later, I noticed one of the tires was leaking. It looked like a bad seal on the inside of the tire. I went back and told them about the tire and asked if they could inspect it. Their attitude and excuse were pathetic and unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. BAD BUSINESS ETHIC
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve taken my car to this Nissan service center 3 times within a year for the same issue, and it’s still not fixed. Each time, they claimed it was the left axle and charged my warranty company—twice for the same part within 6 months. The last time, they had my car for hours, didn’t run diagnostics, and said they “didn’t hear the sound.” I heard it again the moment I left. I had no other place to go on a late Saturday. I won't go back. They'll take your car in the back tell you what you want to hear. I didn't even see my parts delivered... Guy says it's going to be $390 when I went to pay (with card) the lady says $440 something. I said the guy said 390. She said yea but with TAX and FEES it's almost $450. Over $50 in fees and tax!?
