Charged $1500 for hot water heater with installation. He said $65 hr plus cost of heater Would be $1500. It took less than 2hrs. Then I researched the cost of hot water heater, it’s hundreds cheaper than 1300. Refused to give me itemized receipt when I asked. Just wrote $1500 down on a receipt. He marks up actual cost of hot water heater and never gave me receipt for it. I actually had to help carry the heater down my basement and carry the old one up with him.
