This is my favorite yoga studio I’ve ever been to!! Mary is an exceptional instructor and everyone there is amazing. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend getting a massage by Sarah. She is incredibly kind, cares about your well being, and every massage is tailored to your wants and needs. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after my massages because they are amazing! You definitely should book your next massage with her, and I’m sure you’ll find that like me, you will continue to book with her when you simply need a relaxing hour or a session to work out any muscle knots. Lovely locally owned space. My Pilates classes was was well instructed and cued! I’ll be back!
Verve has been a great find near downtown Champaign! I've had minimal experience with yoga in the past but Mary really makes sure everything is clear and calm which really lessens any anxiety. I felt immediately welcomed into the space. At Verve, I have done a all levels yoga class, basic mat pilates class, and the partners stretching class and all have been great!
I went to Verve for a Reiki workshop, and I was very impressed with the workshop, and how nice the location is! Mary (the owner) has been in the yoga world longer than I have (well over 20 years), and her depth of knowledge and her welcoming environment are amazing.
