ECOS is one of the best overall programs for kids we've found yet, thoroughly positive and engaging and at a cost that cannot be beat (essentially free). The seasonal programs for children are great. I have seen interest peek and explode in the youth participating in this program. We have recommended the program to family and classmates. There's a variety of topics the children get to learn about, explore, and discuss. In a time of digital everything, it's exciting to know programs such as this one still exist and children do in fact want to be a part of it.
This organization's programs and people are a treasure for the Kansas City region. Great communication with parents, creative activities to connect kids with nature, and a welcoming & inclusive environment!
It has been a wonderful experience for our granddaughter. Has generated an appreciation of nature and a willingness to try new things.
