I've lived here for several years and have been continually impressive with the responsiveness and lovely personalities of Lilly, the property manager, and Sue, the maintenance manager. They do a phenomenal job of keeping our community tidy, peaceful and an enjoyable environment in which to live.
New tenant here; 3br/ 3ba Townhouse; a bit pricey especially for the area however it has lots of bells and whistles. Quiet neighborhood and I’ll admit it’s nice to see people casually taking walks around. Neighbors have been friendly one person even personally meet me at the mailbox and introduced herself welcoming me to the neighborhood.
I enjoyed my time here. I CANNOT express the level of gratitude I have for this property team. I stayed for about two and a half years, and most of my time here was very positive. The property manager right now and the maintenance manager were incredibly supportive during my move-out process, and this has been by far one of the best experiences I've had with a property management company. My parents live in this great & welcoming apartments . I must say Sue & Lily are so accommodating to them . They have a spirit of excellence in all that they do . We are very pleased with the leasing and maintenance in this beautiful apartment complex !!! They are the BEST Lily & SUE
